How far in advance do I need to book?
One to two weeks covers most moves. End-of-month dates and summer moves from June to September book up quickly the earlier you confirm, the more flexibility you have on timing. Same-day bookings are available subject to availability.
Do I need to be present while you pack?
Yes — someone should be on site throughout, not to help but to answer any questions and confirm which items are included. Most clients use the time to handle other move-related tasks.
What if something is damaged during the move?
If our team packed it, we are responsible. We assess the damage and compensate you — no chasing, no arguing. This is why we recommend carrying small valuables such as jewellery, passports, cash, and medication personally rather than including them in the pack.
Do you offer same-day packing services?

Do you unpack at the new property as well?
